These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales and interactions with Seven Creeks Grafting By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Products

We sell specialty grafted plants.

As living products, plants may vary slightly in size, appearance, and growth.

Photos and descriptions are provided as a guide only.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a plant becomes unavailable.

 

3. Pickup & Delivery

We do not offer standard shipping.

Local delivery is available within the Goulburn Valley region by arrangement.

Enquiries for delivery elsewhere in Victoria are welcome and assessed case by case.

Specialist transport may be arranged by enquiry only and at the buyer’s expense.

4. Risk & Responsibility

Responsibility for the plant transfers to the buyer once the plant has been collected or delivered.

We are not responsible for plant loss or decline due to weather, transport delays, or care after delivery.

5. Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Proof of purchase may be required.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

7. Cancellations

Orders cancelled before collection or delivery may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

Deposits, if applicable, are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will apply to all new orders.
