Refund and Returns Policy

Seven Creeks Grafting takes great care to provide healthy, high-quality grafted plants. As our products are live plants, we have a limited refund policy.

 

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • Choosing the wrong plant

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

  • Failure to arrange pickup or delivery after purchase

 

Faulty or damaged plants

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under Australian Consumer Law if a plant:

  • Is not as described

  • Has a major fault

  • Is unhealthy at the time of pickup or delivery

If you believe your plant is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and provide clear photos.

 

Transport-related issues

We are not responsible for damage or plant decline caused by:

  • Delays outside our control

  • Specialist transport arranged by the buyer

  • Improper handling after pickup or delivery

Once the plant has been collected or delivered, responsibility for care transfers to the buyer.

 

Refund method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, or another method agreed upon.

 

Assessment

All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability)

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund, where required under law
